| Penhalveor is an old, two storey, converted barn which has been newly refurbished to a high standard. The entrance to the property is via a brick driveway with plenty of parking for two or three cars, and for ease of unloading you can park your car just a couple of feet from the entrance. |
The entrance hallway gives access to a shower room, stairs to the lower floor and through into the main kitchen and open plan living area.
Kitchen / Dining Area
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric cooker and hob. There is also a dining area with a table and six chairs.
Living Area
The large open plan living room has a triple aspect with uninterrupted views over the lake, gardens and surrounding fields. There is a TV with digital channels, PS2 (also plays DVDs), stereo radio, tape and CD player, as well as a computer with internet access.
