Penhalveor is an old, two storey, converted barn which has been newly refurbished to a high standard. The entrance to the property is via a brick driveway with plenty of parking for two or three cars, and for ease of unloading you can park your car just a couple of feet from the entrance.

The entrance hallway gives access to a shower room, stairs to the lower floor and through into the main kitchen and open plan living area.

Kitchen / Dining Area

The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric cooker and hob. There is also a dining area with a table and six chairs.

Living Area

The large open plan living room has a triple aspect with uninterrupted views over the lake, gardens and surrounding fields. There is a TV with digital channels, PS2 (also plays DVDs), stereo radio, tape and CD player, as well as a computer with internet access.

The stairs lead down to the ground floor where there are three bedrooms which are laid out as follows...

Bedroom One

A double bedded room measuring 11'7" x 13'7" with a 4'6" double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers.

The smallest room (9'10" x 7'10") which has a single 3' bed with pull out full size second bed, wardrobe with internal shelves, and a mirror.

A twin bedded room measuring 13'4" x 9'3", with two single 3' beds, a dressing table and two large wardrobes.

Bathroom

Fitted with a white, quality Heritage suite, the bathroom contains a wash-basin, low level WC, a large bath, and a shower.
